Welcome to Youthrive Victoria (formerly Macpherson Smith Rural Foundation). Youthrive Victoria provides opportunities for young rural Victorians to build knowledge, skills, leadership capacity and aspirations. We provide scholarships; development opportunities; mentoring; aspiration building workshops; virtual connections and wrap around care for young people.
Our services span three key streams of Scholarships, Program delivery and our Alumni network. Program delivery includes the Branch Out Mentoring and leadership development programs and events.
Our ambition is to provide access to our services in all regional and rural secondary schools, to lessen the hurdles faced by their young people to successfully complete their secondary education and transition to further studies. Our work in 2025 has progressed this ambition significantly.
